Anyone can help me with the following error message when trying to access to the security manager?

According with the customer this have worked before.

Hi Ricardo

 Are you able to access other modules with the same account?. The error message seem to suggest that the account used doesn't have access to security manager and it would be good to know if the issue is happening for all modules. I'll also be doing some checks on Security Manager my side so I can be able assist with the required settings/setup

I can access to the other modules without no problem.

The license manager show me 1 license for the Security Manager.

I already uninstalled and deleted SI and all its folders but after re-install I continuing with the same error:

Access denied to the Security Manager!

Under a different account are you able to access the security manager?

The user needs to make sure they have access granted to them under the access permissions section in EVO.

Hi all,

According with Alchemex, SI licenses aren’t tied to the user profile, they are tied to the Machine name so regardless of which profile logs on the license will still only live on the server.
