A client is getting the following message in Sage 300v2017 Report Manager

When they try to copy an existing report to make changes

I have given all users access to the reports, and the user in question is part of the Administrators...

Can anyone provide some guidance on the resolution of this error?

Hi Collington,

This error is probably related to keyboard and System Locale settings regarding date formatting on the users machine.

Please check out the settings and change it to match the date format type in Report Manager/System Variables.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks for your suggestion. we changed the computer date format and no resolution.

The above is the configuration....  is that what it should be?
