I am getting the following error upon running BI reports on Sage 300.

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'sa'.

Please assist.

Did you change the sa password in SQL, or is the SQL service stopped? 

Hi Jim,

No we have not changed the password in SQL nor has the SQL service stopped.

the client is using Sage 2018 with service pack 1.
