[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Query timeout expired -2147217871

Sage Intelligence for Sage 100 Premium 5.00.5

Workstation connects to SQL Server okay, License Manager did it's thing. Trying to run any of the canned reports in Report Manager and I get this:

Description : [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Query timeout expired

Number : -2147217871

Source : Microsoft SQL Server 11.00.3128

Driver Error : Unknown

SQL State : Unknown

UAC is off, system is Windows 7 Professional x64.

Installed using Run as Administrator, also tried opening Report Manager as administrator.

Runs for about 15 minutes and then this:

Never gets past “Executing”:

This workstation does connect to the SQL Server:

Any thoughts of course will be most welcome.

Consider login as administrator and start report manager.

For Sage 300, it is required for registering the files.

Have you brought this up with Sage support.

i would contact them

Hi Candace, yes I opened up a case with Sage. They are supposed to get back to me sometime today.

Shwu Hua Gan, that is exactly what their IT Administrator and I were thinking. That is the next club out of our bag.

Thanks both of you for the replies. I will let you know if we resolve this.

Try to change the System Locale back to English US in your Windows Control Panel.

Or try the date format, short date format should be like dd/MM/yyyy
