My client is wanting to add in a additional level into his management pack reports by adding in the report writer category above the account number.
Is this possible and if so how can i achieve this?
You have 2 options:
1) Use the Genie to create the reports as per your client's requests
2) Generate the MP layout, and manually add the report categories (use SUBTOTAL function to add subtotals to the amounts, for the report not to double those values) manually. And then link this report back to the Management Pack (do make a copy of the report before linking the template back).
