Sage 100 v 2016 Sage Intelligence
Used the Task Scheduler to set up two reports to run after hours. They run correctly out to the network and then task scheduler tasks close. No issues there.
There is a leftover Excel task each time one of the task scheduled reports runs. After a couple of days these start mount up & slow down the system and have to be killed through task manager.
Why doesn't the code that you copy from Report Manger Generate Scheduler to create the scheduled task include an 'end task' for Excel?

The ability to run reports using the task scheduler following the Sage Intelligence instructions to the letter should not result in a user having to then write code to make the Sage feature work. Sage should fix it.
