The Sage Intelligence Report Designer Add-In is not responding.


I recently had to end a process I was running where I was saving a distribution option for a report I wanted to email. It was hanging for a few minutes so I decided to "End Task" it. This resulted in my Report Designer Add-ins option in excel missing. I have not been able to restore them since

I've already tried re-adding the add-ins in options >Excel Add-Ins, and the solver Add-in is unticked

I've attached the snip of the error as well as the .Net versions installed which are 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 4.5

I get this error whether I am running a demo report of one of my own.

Not sure what to do next to resolve.

What version of Sage are you using?

yes, that would have been pertinent information:

Core version 7.61.0

Metabase Version 6.9.4

Is it Sage 50? 100?

Sage X3 or Sage EM as it is called now. Version 9


Can you try uninstalling Sage intelligence from your list of installed windows programs,  rebooting the machine and the reinstalling sage intelligence?
