Report Description:

This aggregated report is designed to cater for large volumes of financial accounts by rolling up account balances to account number segments 1 and 2. Segments 3 and onwards will not be pulled into this report. The report displays net changes and balances (YTD) per General Ledger Account number, per financial period for the current financial year, previous financial year and current budget year.

Additional features include:

  • This report allows layouts to be generated for a single or multiple companies.
  • This report is for Accountants, Financial Managers and Financial Directors who want to generate financial reports or create financial report layouts for the current month or a specific fiscal period.
  • A set of default Income Statement and Balance Sheet layouts are available for immediate generation into Excel, however, you can use the Report Designer interface to create your own unique layout.
  • All layouts can be fully customized using native Excel.
  • Note:  Before you rely on this report, you should test to verify that it works with your company data.
