Sender Email Address Incorrect

New user has her email as the default profile and the prior controller's email so that she gets his emails during the transition. However, the emails have the prior controller's email in place of her. For Distribution Settings, the 'Use My Outlook Profile' radio button is selected which seems to suggest that it should use her email since it is the default profile.Is there something else that should be changed?Thanks,Suzanne.See More

Slow Performance

I have a Sage 100 user that is having extremely slow performance issues when running out intelligence reports.For example, she sent me an email this morning that the GL Transaction Report 2-6 had been running for 3 hours and still hadn't completed. I have a client that is trying to set up Distribution for an intelligence report (Sage 100). She is able to select 'Use my outlook profile' in Distribution Settings. However, when she selects Manage Instructions, she gets the error shown in Error_1.png. If she clicks OK and tries to set up an instruction, she gets the error shown in Error_2.png.I can't find this error in the knowledge base or community. "Yes. I usually create a /SMI folder. You have to share it. And when it asks for the repository path you have to give it the UNC path. \\Computer Name\SMI *Computer Name is the Windows name of the computer"

"Thanks, Nate! I was our antivirus. I turned it off and was able to download the reports. I'll have my customer check to see if that is her problem, too."
