"Hi William  Please note you cannot add a optional field to the Task Pane "List" . You could pull the optional field into your layout from the sub report worksheet.  Let me know if you need further assistance.  Carmen "

"That is the point it did not update when ran the report again.  I had to run the report again AND click on the Refresh button under tools. I was just wondering is this the expected behaviour.  William"

HiI created a dynamic account range based on account group, then I refresh the report.  I worked well.  Then I added a new account in the GL without closing the report and refresh the dynamic account range under tools but the new account did not show up.  Close the report and ran it again. Still the new account did not show in the report.  I then clicked on the Refresh button again and this time it worked.Does that mean that as a process I have the click on the refresh after I run the report to…See More

Using Sage 300 ERP - is there any way the Intelligence will detect if a new account has been added in the GL?  The report was built with the task pane  ...no grouping because the way the chart of account was organized. From what little I know only if there is a grouping (for example 5000 To 5100) if an account 5075 was added the balance in that group will include the amount for 5075.  However, there will be no "detail" line for account 5075, correct?I been searching documents for the effect of…See More
