Had an instance where user accidentally chose 64bit add in for excel but it should have been 32 bit. Now the only way to get the add in to work is to manually go into excel options and point it to 32 bit but users can't do this everytime. Renamed the 64 bit folder but it gives an error because cannot find the 64 bit add in. Is there another area where we can set it to 32 bit so it stays?
I would call Sage Support on this one.
